Are orbs really a ball of spirit energy, or are they all just bugs and dust?  How would you determine which are orbs and which are natural causes?  Lets see if we can put some energy into this and stir up some dust!

I personally don’t believe in orbs as a supernatural occurrence. They seem too easy to debunk. There is always something (bug, dust, water particles ,ect.) that is in the environment.

Orbs are probably the most polarizing kind of evidence in paranormal research.

Our area has a high content of dust to oxygen ratio due to us being on the tail end of the desert, any air conditioner repairman worth his salt knows that filters in our area need to be replaced every 2 weeks not what is on the package with that said any orbs around here just cant be considered unless its just that incredible. sometimes Geology of location can be the make it or brake it of the investigation

I have a few 'orbs' from my random photo adventure on the Gettysburg Battlefield.  I saved the pictures with them, but I discredit it as probably just dust (or snowflakes... it was really cold that day).  I agree with everyone else, it's too hard to prove that an orb isn't just a piece of dust.

My thoughts too, until one I saw at the investigation in Monahans.  I sure wish several of you could look at it and tell me what you think.  There was a lot of dust and lots of bugs too, but this one was very different.

Thanks for all of the opinions in general!
