I used to dream i was someone else, once i was a business man running from two guys red car..i had a suitcase suit and thats all i could see..i fell and knew my life was coming to an end and i pulled my wallet out and a good description of my family especially my little girl and then i woke up..iv'e had dreams of places iv'e never been or seen but these places are real..i had a dream about a church when i was younger and bad things were happening that i couldn't understand then..when me and my sis were walking to the store in corpus christi she saw the look on my face as i saw the exact same church i had dreamed about when i was a little girl , see i was new to corpus never lived there..and i had dream about my sisters ex bf who was the father to her kids, ive never seen him..but when i described him my sister was puzzled and instantly tried to look for any pic of him..she said i described him to a tee..i also had a dream her bf was going to be at the parade in corpus christi and he was across from us and she always believed in my dreams  real but not this time cause he didnt live in corpus so to her it was impossible..and sure enough he was across from us i spotted him...my sister was in tears idk why..but she just walked over there and was mind blown ..there is alot of other incidents i always said it was just a lucky guess or dream..i had told my bf to stay close to his grandpa for some reason and the week after that one of grandpas had past..i also told him to stop thinking about his best friend it was a lucky guess to me and he was like how did u know that..to me idk how i know things it comes and goes

Glad to see you jumped right into posting. Just a point of reference, try and space your paragraphs if possible because it makes it easier to read. Or at least it does for me, could be because I’m old.

As for your dreams… there are a lot of different beliefs on what this could be and what causes it. Some believe it could be you seeing your past lives others think it is doormat abilities trying to come through. It might also be some type of channeling.

Most who believe (yes, I’m one who believes) in abilities, believe that you have a strong one, and can “touch” a few others. It is recommended that if you want to make any of them stronger to work on your strong point and the rest will follow. Meditation is a good way to start working on it. The ability to free your mind lowers daily stress (good for you all around) and will give you more access to that part of your self. That could be one of the reasons yours works in your dreams; your stress is low there.

If you receive information about a person, such as a name, or a place try looking it up. See if you can find out anything about it. This will re-enforce your beliefs in your abilities and make you more open to them. Most find the more open they are, the easier it is to reach that place.

I have also found that water helps. I had a portable hot tub at one point, it died and I miss it, but that is where I did my best meditation. I would have the most vivid dreams, many I still don’t understand. I have had several experiences that were accurate.

One such experience was when I joined a psychic group (yahoo groups) and we were doing an exercise of general meditation on the group and where they lived. I got a “thought” in my head of a house, and the yard, the half moon driveway and a state. So I got up my guts and posted it. Took a paragraph to describe everything thing I saw and where I felt this location was at in the US. One of the ladies in the group answered me back stating the description and state was correct, but she had moved from there to another state a few months back. I was so blown away.

Another instance was with my husband, and he is still freaked out about it. He was looking for a Camaro to buy. We live in Odessa, but I told him we need to go to Monahans. So we went over there and he asked me now what, so I started telling him where to drive. I ended up leading him to about 12 different Camaro’s, sadly none for sale, but they were everywhere I told him to go. When we came back to Odessa he found and bought a Camaro.

Blind luck? Possible. But I know the feeling I had in my stomach when I would get close to one and when I would start to go the wrong way. I don’t get it as often as I would like but I do trust it. I did do better when I was meditating and I need to get back into it. Here lately focus is a real issue for me, which of course is just an excuse that I need to stop using.

Anyway, what I recommend if you want to use your abilities is meditation and research. Don’t worry about what others think or believe. Read about the different abilities out there and then research ways to practice them.

I always had a lot of deja vu type experiences when in Junior High and High School.  I would get the feeling that I had experienced something before and then know what was going to happen next.  Once I knew I would see a guy named Keith come around the corner and then he did.  The really weird part is that he had just moved to our town/school that week.

When I was taking a psychology course in college, the instructor did some tests to see who might have psychic abilities and I rated higher than anyone in the class.  It wasn't just a little higher either, I rated twice as high as the next closest person.

I was always afraid to try to hone these skills. I don't want to see people's deaths or feel responsible for not preventing some kind of disaster that I might forsee.

I occassionally have deja vu, but it's usually after the fact.  I can never remember enough to know what will happen next.  I do have very vivid dreams... one of which foretold how many of my friends and acquaintences would die... so far none of them died (thank God), so I'm not sure if it is psychic or not.

There are many beliefs on what is or is not a psychic ability. However I believe we all have psychic abilities on one level or another.
